    Abstract: A nitride semiconductor device includes a semiconductor carrier, a first nitride-based chip, and first conformal connecting structures. The first nitride-based chip is disposed over the semiconductor carrier. The semiconductor carrier has a first planar surface. The first nitride-based chip has a second planar surface, first conductive pads, and first slanted surfaces. The first conductive pads are disposed in the second planar surface. The first slanted surfaces connect the second planar surface to the first planar surface. The first conformal connecting structures are disposed on the first planar surface and the first nitride-based chip. First obtuse angles are formed between the second planar surface and the first slanted surfaces. Each of the first conformal connecting structures covers one of the first slanted surfaces of the first nitride-based chip and one of the first obtuse angles and is electrically connected to the first conductive pads.

    Abstract: An inorganic ultraviolet LED device, includes a bracket, a curved lens, a press ring, a wire and an ultraviolet chip. A “T”-shaped recess is formed on the upper end of the bracket. The ultraviolet chip is fixed within the recess and connected to a welding layer at the lower end of the bracket through the wire. The curved lens is placed on a step of the recess. An inclined surface is formed on a contact surface of the step contacting with the curved lens. One end of the press ring is connected to the bracket, and the other end thereof presses against the curved lens. Deformation of the press ring is implemented under a pressure action of a pressure head, thereby implementing high-strength bonding of the device. Self-positioning is achieved through a curved surface of the lens and the contact with the inclined surface of the bracket.

The first neural network is trained to identify particular attributes in fingerprints and constructs a first feature vector from the extracted particular attributes, where the first feature vector has a first fixed length. The method includes extracting textural features of the given fingerprint from the image using a second neural network, where the second neural network is trained to identify textural features that are not limited to particular attributes and constructing a second feature vector from the extracted textural features, where the second feature vector has a second fixed length. The method includes concatenating the first feature vector with the second feature vector to form a representation for the given fingerprint.

With the method of the present invention, a continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin based composite sheet can be processed into a three-dimensional shaped article with uneven thickness and a high degree of curvature.
