The process involves conducting new/old stimulus BCI paradigm experiments on a target population both before and after the Lumbar Tap Test, obtaining electroencephalogram (EEG) signal data. After preprocessing the EEG signal data, the model extracts features related to new and old stimulus event-related potentials before and after the test, specifically focusing on P600 amplitude features. The iNPH prediction model is then trained based on these event-related potential features. This innovation facilitates quantifying cognitive function improvement, aiding physicians in prompt iNPH diagnosis and enabling timely and effective patient treatment.

The method includes: separately conveying an aqueous glucose solution, which contains FeCl3 and HCl, and methyl butyl ketone to a T-shaped micro-mixer, the T-shaped micro-mixer being in communication with a capillary tube; then enabling an aqueous glucose solution phase and a methyl butyl ketone phase to flow in the capillary tube in a segmented flow manner while performing an HMF synthesis reaction; and collecting a reaction product flowing out of the capillary tube, wherein HMF generated by the reaction is present in an organic phase of the reaction product. The method is easy to operate, has a controllable process, high product yield, a low by-product amount and a short synthesis period, and is a green method for efficient and continuous synthesis of HMF.

    Abstract: Resorbable implants, coverings and receptacles comprising poly(butylene succinate) and copolymers thereof have been developed. The implants are preferably sterilized, and contain less than 20 endotoxin units per device as determined by the limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) assay, and are particularly suitable for use in procedures where prolonged strength retention is necessary, and can include one or more bioactive agents. The implants, or the fibers preset therein, may be oriented. These coverings and receptacles may be used to hold, or partially/fully cover, devices such as pacemakers and neurostimulators.
