    Abstract: Vertically stacked semiconductor devices and methods of fabrication thereof that include a first device structure bonded to a second device structure via bonding layers having compressible metal bonding structures. The compressible metal bonding structures may be fabricated using an electroless deposition (ED) process, and may be less dense with a greater degree of compressibility than equivalent materials deposited by related processes. Accordingly, mating pairs of metal bonding structures may have a degree of compliance that enables effective metal-to-metal contact during a subsequent bonding process. Recrystallization of the metal material during an annealing process may produce shrinkage of the metal material and the formation of void areas between the metal bonds and the surrounding dielectric layers, thereby reducing stress on the surrounding dielectric-to-dielectric interface.

    Abstract: The present embodiment discloses a package structure for ultraviolet LED, which comprises a substrate, an ultraviolet light-emitting diode (LED), and an optical device. The wavelength of the light emitted by the ultraviolet LED is between 200 and 400 nm. The optical device includes amorphous silicon dioxide, and thus enabling the transmittivity of ultraviolet light greater than 80%. In addition, by including a reflective ring and a metal film, the material aging problem of the sealing material can be prevented by blocking direct ultraviolet-light illumination. The package structure according to the present invention overcomes the limitation on planar packaging, so that the applications of backend processes can be extended.

A passage connected to the containing space is formed between the elastic arm and one stopping unit. When a magnet resists elastic force of the elastic arm to pass the passage along a first axis and partially move into the containing space, parts of the stopping units stop the magnet moving along a second axis, the bottom wall and the top wall stop the magnet moving along a third axis, and the protrusion stops the magnet moving along the first axis.
