    Abstract: The present invention discloses a solid-state LiDAR device and a scanning method based on a tunable laser array. The array sequentially emits laser beams of different wavelengths, collimated by a collimating lens, and passes through a beam splitter. The beams are then diffracted by a blazed grating and focused by the first focusing lens onto the focal plane of the transmitting lens, and then emitted through the transmitting lens as collimated beams in different directions for wide area scanning. The optical receiving path uses the reversed coaxial system, where the received light returns to the beam splitter, redirects to the second focusing lens, and is finally focused on the detector. This invention incorporates tunable laser arrays, optical systems and dispersion devices to realize a solid-state wide-area scanning LiDAR device without moving parts, offering a wide scanning range, small size and fast scanning speed.

The selection method includes obtaining the slope at an initial pressure of an adsorption isotherm with respect to a target adsorbate of each adsorbent among a plurality of adsorbents, in which each adsorption isotherm is a curve representing adsorption capacity varying with pressure at a specific temperature; obtaining the adsorption capacity of each adsorbent on the target adsorbate under the specific temperature and a specific pressure; and selecting a target adsorbent for adsorbing the target adsorbate from the plurality of adsorbents according to the slope and the adsorption capacity of each adsorbent. In a pressure swing adsorption process, a pressure swing adsorption cycle can be optimized, the amount of an adsorbent used can be reduced, and operation and production costs of pressure swing adsorption can consequently be reduced.

    Abstract: The present discloses relates to a method for continuously synthesizing 5-hydroxymethylfurfural by using a micro-channel reactor, which belongs to the technical field of micro-chemical engineering. The method includes: separately conveying an aqueous glucose solution, which contains FeCl3 and HCl, and methyl butyl ketone to a T-shaped micro-mixer, the T-shaped micro-mixer being in communication with a capillary tube; then enabling an aqueous glucose solution phase and a methyl butyl ketone phase to flow in the capillary tube in a segmented flow manner while performing an HMF synthesis reaction; and collecting a reaction product flowing out of the capillary tube, wherein HMF generated by the reaction is present in an organic phase of the reaction product. The method is easy to operate, has a controllable process, high product yield, a low by-product amount and a short synthesis period, and is a green method for efficient and continuous synthesis of HMF.

    Abstract: A titanium precursor is used to selectively form a titanium silicide (TiSix) layer in a semiconductor device. A plasma-based deposition operation is performed in which the titanium precursor is provided into an opening, and a reactant gas and a plasma are used to cause silicon to diffuse to a top surface of a transistor structure. The diffusion of silicon results in the formation of a silicon-rich surface of the transistor structure, which increases the selectivity of the titanium silicide formation relative to other materials of the semiconductor device. The titanium precursor reacts with the silicon-rich surface to form the titanium silicide layer. The selective titanium silicide layer formation results in the formation of a titanium silicon nitride (TiSixNy) on the sidewalls in the opening, which enables a conductive structure such as a metal source/drain contact to be formed in the opening without the addition of another barrier layer.
