    Abstract: Provided is a waterproof toggle switch, which includes a panel, a shift lever, a fixed contact and an elastic element. The panel is provided with an opening portion, with the opening portion running through the panel, between a front wall surface and a rear wall surface of the panel. The shift lever is rotatably held in the opening portion of the panel, and the shift lever includes a rotation center portion, a driving portion and an operation portion. A fit clearance between the rotation center portion and the opening portion ranges from 0.02 mm to 0.2 mm. By providing the panel with the opening portion and providing the shift lever with the rotation center portion, and by controlling the fit clearance between the opening portion and the rotation center portion, a waterproof toggle switch having superperformance and a low cost is provided.
