The connection pipe connects the tank, the radiator, and the cold plate, so that the cooling fluid flows in the heat dissipation module. The tank includes a pressure sensing device configured to measure a liquid level of the cooling fluid in the tank. Also, a tank is provided. The projection device provided in the disclosure can learn the liquid level of the tank in real-time, and the design cost is low.

    Abstract: The invention provides a heat dissipating module configured to dissipate heat of at least one heating element of a projection device. The heat dissipating module includes a first radiator, a second radiator, a pipe, and at least one fan. The second radiator is disposed opposite to the first radiator. The heating element, the first radiator, and the second radiator are connected to each other through the pipe to form a loop. A working fluid is configured to be filled in the pipe, and the working fluid flows through the first radiator after flowing through the second radiator for heat exchange, and the working fluid flowing into the first radiator flows to the heating element for cyclic heat dissipation after heat exchange again through the first radiator. The fan is configured between the first radiator and the second radiator.

The positioning groove of one heat dissipation fin is aligned with the positioning groove of another heat dissipation fin to form a positioning perforation. The heat pipe is clamped between the heat dissipation fins and passes through the positioning perforation along an extension axis. On a cross section perpendicular to the extension axis, a cross-sectional width and a cross-sectional thickness of the heat pipe are respectively D1 and D2, where D1 is greater than or equal to D2.
