    Abstract: A system and method for performing a dual energy subtraction imaging process on a fixed or mobile fluoroscopy imaging system for pulmonary imaging applications is provided. The dual energy subtraction image processing system includes a processor configured to operate a radiation source of a fluoroscopy imaging system in a pulsed manner to obtain a number of high energy (HE) frames, to form an HE image from the number of HE frames, to operate the radiation source of the fluoroscopy imaging system in a continuous manner to obtain a number of low energy (LE) frames, to form an LE image from the LE frames, and to employ the HE image and the LE image in a dual energy subtraction imaging process to output a number of enhanced contrast images. The processor is also configured to operate the detector in continuous manner to obtain the HE frames and the LE frames.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an arithmetic encoding method based on a semantic source, which is applied to an encoder. In this method, a preset encoding interval of the semantic source and a syntax symbol sequence containing syntax symbols are obtained. For each syntax symbol of the syntax symbols, a target synonymous subset of the syntax symbol is determined from preset synonymous subsets of the syntax symbol. The target synonymous subset of the syntax symbol is encoded according to the preset encoding interval through an arithmetic encoding algorithm to obtain an encoded result sequence corresponding to the syntax symbol sequence. After obtaining a sequence length of the syntax symbol sequence, the sequence length and the encoded result sequence are sent to a decoder for decoding.

    Abstract: This application relates to an information processing method and device. A first device determines a first source coding rate. The first device determines a source coding matrix based on the first source coding rate and a channel coding basis matrix. The first device inputs a source sequence into the source coding matrix, to perform source coding on the source sequence. In embodiments of this application, the source coding matrix may be determined based on the channel coding basis matrix, which is equivalent to determining source coding information based on channel coding information, to implement joint source and channel coding. Through the joint source and channel coding, a quantity of output bits of source coding can match a quantity of input bits of channel coding, so that technical solutions in embodiments of this application can be adapted to a 5G NR system.
