  • Publication number: 20080261384
Abstract: A method of removing a photoresist layer is provided. An ion implantation process has been performed on the photoresist layer to transform a surface of the photoresist layer to a crust and a soft photoresist layer remains within the crust. The method includes performing a first removing step to remove the crust, such that the soft photoresist layer is exposed. Thereafter, a second removing step is performed to remove the soft photoresist layer. The first and the second removing steps are performed in difference chambers, and a temperature for performing the first removing step is lower than that for performing the second removing step and lower than a gasification temperature of a solvent in the soft photoresist layer.

  • Patent number: 7402117
Abstract: A racket is described, with a center of gravity thereof being approximate to a center of a rubber sheet of the racket, and a center of gravity that moves approximately to the center of rubber sheet and is located in a high ball-strike area. The racket has a substantially triangular blade. The blade comprises a head, a neck and a handle. The head becomes gradually narrower from front to back of the head, and the handle can further be lightened. The center of gravity of the racket can thereby move forward to the center of the rubber sheet to enhance attack and defense abilities of the racket, and reduce shock.

  • Publication number: 20080144030
Abstract: A multi-channel imaging spectrometer, comprising an image acquiring unit, an optical detection element, a dispersion element and a lens module comprising a collimating lens module and a focusing lens module. The design of the lens module achieves elimination of primary aberrations such as coma and distortion through separating the collimating lens module and the focusing lens module, having identical structures with the collimating lens module, by a distance that is defined between a rear principle point of the collimating lens module and a front principle point of the focusing lens module and is twice of a front focal length of the focusing lens module. In addition, the lens module is also designed to exhibit linear dispersion for applied spectrum such that focus for each wavelength of the spectrum is linearly distributed on the imaging plane of the spectrometer so as to reduce the dispersion aberration.

  • Patent number: 7382951
Abstract: The present invention provides a fiber Bragg Grating sequential writing method with real-time optical fiber position monitoring, characterized in that the relative phase between a fiber grating and a writing interference beam at each positioning point is determined by an interferometric side-diffraction method, and writing is sequentially performed. Accuracy in fabricating a long and complex fiber grating structure can be increased by decreasing or avoiding accumulative errors caused by long-term scan of monitoring optical fiber position, or by a means for fabricating a wanted reference fiber Bragg grating with similar settings.

  • Publication number: 20080100349
Abstract: An exemplary driving apparatus capable of generating a driving current, including: an analog input generating circuit, an analog input driving circuit, and an output circuit. The analog input generating circuit is electrically connected between a first voltage source and the ground and configured (i.e., structured and arranged) for supplying an adjustable analog signal. The analog input driving circuit is electrically connected between a second voltage source and the ground and configured for converting the analog signal into a pulsed signal. The output circuit is configured for converting the pulsed signal into a driving current as an output. The frequency of the pulsed signal can be adjusted via adjusting the analog signal and thereby varying the driving current. Thus the driving current can be adapted for the different target loads.

  • Patent number: 6963432
Abstract: The present invention provides a two-beam interference exposure system that can be simply adjusted by rotating only one mirror. By placing a half-wave plate in one of the interference arms and precisely scanning the relative fiber position, the present invention can expose true apodized fiber Bragg gratings in a single scan by simultaneously rotating the angle of the half-wave plate. By rotationally switching the fast and slow axes of the half-wave plate, the present invention can also expose n-phase-shifted fiber grating by the same system.

  • Publication number: 20050150256
Abstract: The present invention provides a fabrication method of complex fiber grating structures that can be combined with prior fabrication methods including a phasemask or a two-beam interferometer. By using a rotatable half-wave plate with a polarization beam splitter in the optical path and precisely scanning the relative fiber position, we can expose true complex fiber gratings in a single scan by simultaneously rotating the angle of the half-wave plate.

  • Patent number: 6516685
Abstract: A power-saving driving device for treading the pedals of a bicycle is disclosed. Thereby, the driver may use a smaller force to tread a bicycle so that a higher efficiency is provided. The power-saving device comprises two crank axles. The two crank axles are fixed to a gear box. Two spur gears are engaged to the gear box, and two free wheels are installed at an exterior of the gear box. The two spur gears and two free wheels are connected to the two crank axles. The two free wheels are connected through a chain; and a chain wheel and a bearing are connected to the crank axles. Thereby, the forces from the right and left legs can be outputted effectively. The driving of a bicycle and the power necessary are improved. Therefore, the driver treads the pedals with a smaller depth and thus the physical consumption is reduced.
