  • Patent number: 11014766
Abstract: A description of a continuous conveyor is provided. The continuous conveyor includes a front segment, a central segment and a rear segment. At least the central segment has a conveying device for conveying objects and at least one height-adjustment device for adjusting the height of at least the conveying device from at least one lower, use position for conveying objects into an upper position. In a conveying position, the front segment, the conveying device of the central segment and the rear segment are arranged one behind the other in at least one conveying direction. Provision is made for a free space beneath the conveying device of the central segment in the upper position. The free space has a height of at least 160 cm, a width of at least 70 cm, and a depth corresponding to the width of the conveying device of the central segment.

  • Patent number: 10941006
Abstract: The invention relates to a vertical diverter for a conveyor system having a lower conveyor track and an upper conveyor track, wherein the vertical diverter is provided and designed for vertically connecting the two conveyor tracks, and the vertical diverter has a lower diverter track and an upper diverter track. The vertical diverter is characterized in that the lower diverter track is shorter than the upper diverter track, that the lower diverter track is provided and designed to be lowered at least at one end in order to make room for the connection of the end of the upper diverter track to be lowered, and that the upper diverter track is provided and designed to be lowered at least at one end, and that the lowered end of the upper diverter track rests where the unlowered end of the lower diverter track previously rested.

  • Patent number: 10793367
Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods of manufacturing are described that provide a conveying module and conveying table for item transport. An example conveying module include a frame and an item transport plate that supports one or more items received thereon. The conveying module further includes a conveying drive motor supported by the frame and operably coupled to the item transport plate. The conveying drive motor causes rotation of the item transport plate about the conveying drive motor. The conveying module further includes a tilt adjustment mechanism that adjusts a tilt direction of the item transport plate relative to the frame. The conveying module also includes, in some instance, a tilt drive mechanism that controls operation of the tilt adjustment mechanism.

  • Patent number: 10647520
Abstract: The invention relates to a method which comprises determining first geometry information of a first object stream of a plurality of objects, which are transported on a first conveyor. The method also comprises determining second geometry information of a second object stream of a plurality of objects which are transported on a second conveyor. The first conveyor is configured to transport objects at a first speed, and the second conveyor is configured to transport objects at a second speed. The first conveyor and the second conveyor are arranged in such a way that the objects which are transported by the first conveyor move onto the second conveyor. The method also comprises adjusting the first speed of the first conveyor and/or adjusting the second speed of the second conveyor on the basis of the determined first geometry information and/or the determined second geometry information.
