The UE may also include transmitting circuitry configured to transmit a CSI report including the second quantity value in a physical uplink channel. The transmitting circuitry may also be configured to determine whether to drop the second quantity value from the CSI report by comparing a threshold and a delta value. The transmitting circuitry may also be configured to calculate the delta value by comparing the first quantity value and the second quantity value.
