  • Publication number: 20250082252
Abstract: The current innovation pertains to the medical data processing domain and introduces a method for formulating an iNPH prediction model using a new/old stimulus BCI paradigm. The process involves conducting new/old stimulus BCI paradigm experiments on a target population both before and after the Lumbar Tap Test, obtaining electroencephalogram (EEG) signal data. After preprocessing the EEG signal data, the model extracts features related to new and old stimulus event-related potentials before and after the test, specifically focusing on P600 amplitude features. The iNPH prediction model is then trained based on these event-related potential features. This innovation facilitates quantifying cognitive function improvement, aiding physicians in prompt iNPH diagnosis and enabling timely and effective patient treatment.

  • Patent number: 12184751
Abstract: A quadrature clock generator that takes advantage of the inherently low delay of a shunt-series inductively peaked clock buffer to generate quadrature clocks with the high jitter performance using just one additional stage in Q path compared to I path. The generator includes a delay cell that uses shunt-series peaking and uses a resistive DAC in series with the shunt inductor to provide a large delay range with good jitter characteristics. The resistive DAC can be placed near a real or a virtual ground to minimize capacitive loading on the signal path. This delay cell can provide greater than 2× delay tuning range and is suitable for clocks at high frequencies. This delay cell can also be used as a ring oscillator with large frequency tuning range. • Publication number: 20240413136
Abstract: The present invention provides a 3D integrated circuit structure formed by stacking semiconductor structures. The semiconductor structures form a multi-die heterogeneous 3D packaging by direct bonding the bonding pads of re-distribution layers. The same or different dies are used to produce the semiconductor structures through the back-end packaging process, and then hybrid bonding technology is used to stack and interconnect the semiconductor structures. The position of the bonding pad can be redefined by re-distribution layer, thereby overcoming the limitations of chip bonding pad position, chip size and quantity.
