    Abstract: The present discloses relates to a method for continuously synthesizing 5-hydroxymethylfurfural by using a micro-channel reactor, which belongs to the technical field of micro-chemical engineering. The method includes: separately conveying an aqueous glucose solution, which contains FeCl3 and HCl, and methyl butyl ketone to a T-shaped micro-mixer, the T-shaped micro-mixer being in communication with a capillary tube; then enabling an aqueous glucose solution phase and a methyl butyl ketone phase to flow in the capillary tube in a segmented flow manner while performing an HMF synthesis reaction; and collecting a reaction product flowing out of the capillary tube, wherein HMF generated by the reaction is present in an organic phase of the reaction product. The method is easy to operate, has a controllable process, high product yield, a low by-product amount and a short synthesis period, and is a green method for efficient and continuous synthesis of HMF.

    Abstract: An injection regulation and control device includes blast furnace tuyeres for introducing rich oxygen or pure oxygen to form tuyere raceways. Temperature-adjusting injection openings are evenly formed in the circumferential direction of a blast furnace and inject a hydrocarbon component-containing injection object to the blast furnace. The temperature-adjusting injection openings are located, in an axial direction, within a height range where a soft melting dripping zone is located and are not lower than the positions of the blast furnace tuyeres. The hydrocarbon component-containing injection objects are enabled to undergo a thermal cracking reaction by utilizing the temperature in the vicinity of the tuyere raceways to form a hydrocarbon thermal cracking heat absorption area. Gas products generated by the thermal cracking reaction of the hydrocarbon component-containing injection objects increase the blast furnace gas volume.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for detecting glycosidic bonds of plant polysaccharides. The method includes taking 100 ?L of NaOH-DMSO suspension (1 mg/mL) of plant polysaccharides containing 20 or more kinds of substances such as galactan, araban, polygalacturonic acid, rhamnogalacturonan-I, rhamnogalacturonan-II, xyluronic acid, arabogalacturonic acid I and arabogalacturonic acid II, shaking at room temperature for 30 minutes, adding 40 ?L of iodomethane and shaking for 1 hour. Such process is repeated three times to obtain methylated plant polysaccharides. The method further includes using an automatic detection equipment for methylation combined with PMP derivatization to analyze glycosidic bonds in polysaccharides. Not only the glycosidic bond information of neutral sugars can be analyzed in the subsequent LC-MS mass spectrometry analysis, but also the glycosidic bond information of acidic sugars can be resulted, and the analysis results are faster, more detailed and more reliable.
