  • Publication number: 20230192692
Abstract: A series of new macrocycles and cage-like molecules are obtained in a high yield from a bis-(2,4-dialkoxyphenyl)arene (naphthalene, anthracene, pyrene, porphyrin, etc.) or a tris-(2,4-dialkoxyphenyl)arene (benzene, sym-tribenzobenzene) and paraformaldehyde under the catalysis of a Lewis acid. In addition, perhydroxybiphenylarenes (tetrabiphenyl trimer, naphthalene dimer, etc.) can be obtained by means of demethylation, and a variety of water-soluble derivatives can be obtained by further modification, with same exhibiting a good bond ability for guest molecules (purpurine, etc.). Moreover, the functional group introduced into the backbone enables the macrocycle to have excellent adsorption and separation capabilities and a photophysical property.

  • Publication number: 20230186014
Abstract: Disclosed are some implementations of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for handling multiple overflows of content during pagination of a web document. A first tree representing a web document is obtained. A first page element including one or more elements of the first tree is generated, where the elements include a first Document Object Model (DOM) element. Coordinates of the first DOM element within the first page element are calculated. A first context associated with the first DOM element is pushed onto a context stack. An overflow of the first DOM element is detected in relation to the first page element based, at least in part, on the coordinates. Responsive to detecting the overflow, the context stack is added to an overflow list and the first page element is modified such that the first DOM element or portion thereof is removed from the first page element.

  • Publication number: 20230171253
Abstract: Disclosed are some implementations of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for implementing a scalable computing system. The scalable computing system includes an intermediate system that facilitates communications between a core server system and a third-party system. The core server system processes a client request for a third-party service in association with a web page having a corresponding web address. The intermediate system communicates with the core server system to obtain a session token, and transmits the session token and web address to the third-party system. The third-party system may then access the web page via the web address using the session token.

  • Patent number: 11622117
Abstract: A method of rate-adaptive neural image compression with adversarial generators is performed by at least one processor and includes obtaining a first feature of an input image, using a first portion of a first neural network, generating a first substitutional feature, based on the obtained first feature, using a second neural network, and encoding the generated first substitutional feature, using a second portion of the first neural network, to generate a first encoded representation. The method further includes compressing the generated first encoded representation, decompressing the compressed representation, and decoding the decompressed representation, using a third neural network, to reconstruct a first output image.

  • Publication number: 20230004754
Abstract: Adversarial patches can be inserted into sample pictures by an adversarial image generator to realistically depict adversarial images. The adversarial image generator can be utilized to train an adversarial patch generator by inserting generated patches into sample pictures, and submitting the resulting adversarial images to object detection models. This way, the adversarial patch generator can be trained to generate patches capable of defeating object detection models.
