    Abstract: A winding for an electric machine component, the component has an annular lamination stack with axially extending slots for receiving partial strands of the winding in radially adjacent winding layers. The winding layers have a radially outer layer and a radially inner layer and a second winding layer arranged adjacent the outer layer, a third winding layer adjacent the second winding layer, a fourth winding layer adjacent the third winding layer, and a fifth winding layer adjacent the fourth winding layer and between the fourth winding layer and the inner layer, wherein an average coil pitch of partial strands, which are guided through the inner layer and through the outer layer or through the second winding layer and the third winding layer, differs from another average coil pitch of other partial strands, which other partial strands are guided through the fourth winding layer and the fifth winding layer.

The winding layers have a radially outermost layer and a radially innermost layer, an intermediate layer adjacent the outer layer and a further intermediate layer adjacent the inner layer. A first partial amount of the winding is guided through the inner layer and the further intermediate layer, and a second partial amount of the partial strands is guided through the intermediate layer and the outer layer, and a third partial amount of the partial strands is guided through the outer layer and intermediate layer, and a fourth partial amount of the partial strands is guided through the further intermediate layer and the inner layer.

    Abstract: A distributed winding for an electric machine may include a coil body with numerous grooves distributed over its circumference, where there are at least two poles for the winding, where there are at least two parallel winding strands for each pole, where each winding strand is composed of at least one wire, which has at least one groove region that runs axially in a groove and a connection region at both ends, where the connection regions protrude axially above the coil body, where each winding strand has contact pins that form connection regions on both ends, and where at least some of the contact pins in the same phase are located in adjacent grooves. That at least one of the adjacent contact pins in the same phase may be bent along the circumference in order to minimize the spacing between the contact pins.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a plate-fin structure EGR cooler with heat-insulation function includes shell. The two ends of the shell are equipped with an air inlet flange and a discharge chamber. A water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are set on the shell near the air inlet flange and the discharge chamber. A cooling core assembly, an air chamber and a bellow are set in the shell. The main board at one end of the cooling core assembly is connected to the shell and the discharge chamber and the main board at another end is connected to one end of the air chamber. The other end of the air chamber is connected to one end of the bellow. The other end of the bellow is connected to the shell and the air inlet flange. A heat-insulating pipe connected to the air inlet flange is set within the bellow.
