    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a solution for uplink signal receiving and transmission in a wireless communication system. Length indication information is transmitted to terminal devices. The length indication information indicates a length of reference signal sequences for uplink control information to be transmitted by different terminal devices in a short duration within the same transmission resource, which can be configured so that reference signals for the uplink control information of different terminal devices can be orthogonal with each other. The uplink control information and reference signals with the length of reference signal sequence as indicated by the length indication information can be received from the terminal devices. With embodiments of the present disclosure, a flexible, dynamic DMRS length indication solution is provided, which can address can address the orthogonality issue resulted from different sizes of UCI.

    Abstract: A lipid delivery system, a virus-like structure (VLS) vaccine constructed therefrom, and a lipid particle capable of encapsulating an mRNA molecule encoding a SARS-CoV-2-specific antigen are provided. After the lipid particle encapsulates an mRNA molecule encoding a SARS-CoV-2 antigen, a SARS-CoV-2 S1 antigen protein can be embedded on a surface of an envelope structure of the lipid under specific buffer conditions to produce a VLS vaccine with an antigen-encoding mRNA molecule encapsulated inside and an outer membrane presenting a required viral antigen protein. The vaccine has a superior specific antibody-inducing ability to a SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine and a polypeptide vaccine, can maintain a long-lasting high antibody level, and can also exhibit excellent immune binding abilities for the emerging different variants.

    Abstract: A high-dynamic-range hybrid solid-state lidar system, which is based on a transponder array module, includes a transmitting system, a transceiver integrated optical system, a one-dimensional scanning device, a detecting system, and an information processing system. An information processing control circuit and a gain control module increase a total amplification factor, in a single timing period, of a gain circuit over time, thereby alleviating an echo signal intensity distortion, and expanding a dynamic ranging range. The system uses the one-dimensional scanning device and the transceiver integrated optical system composed of a circulator, a lens set, and an optical fiber array, so that the optical system is separated from an avalanche photo diode (APD) detector, and focusing is not required. A temperature of a linear APD array is monitored in the detecting system to adjust a reverse bias voltage of an APD correspondingly and alleviate unstable gain caused by a temperature change.
