    Abstract: A floor-type air-conditioning indoor unit and an air conditioner are provided. The indoor unit has a housing, a top air outlet frame and a fan assembly. The housing has an installation port where the top air outlet frame is installed. The top air outlet frame is movable in an up-down direction and has a lower port and a front port. The fan assembly blows airflow from the air inlet to the lower port and out from the front port of the top air outlet frame. One of the top air outlet frame and the housing is provided with a sliding plate extending in the up-down direction, and the other is provided with a sliding groove engaging the sliding plate. A length of the sliding plate is longer than or equal to a maximum trip of the top air outlet frame in the up-down direction.
