Both an upper end of the second housing and the first housing are hinged and fixed to the upper fixing block. A first push tube of the first push rod is hinged and fixed to a part deviating from the upper end of the second housing. A pedal is fixed to a second push tube of the second push rod. The first push rod is inclined. A hinged part of the first housing and the upper fixing block is located on a rear side of a hinged part of the first push tube and the second housing.
