Abstract: Disclosed herein is a male underpants garment compartmentally isolating the penis, the scrotum and the groin area. A penis pouch with ventilations gaps allows a free flow of air and providing a dry and cool environment for the genitalia, while being capable of correcting the penis at either flaccid or erect state. A separate scrotum sac support and isolate the scrotum from the penis and the groin area, preventing discomfort skin disease. A bottom crotch piece is added to provide enough and comfortable crotch space for the wearer. The design and material used in this underpants garments eliminate accumulation of moisture and heat for the genitalia, providing comfort and health for the wearers.
