In addition, provided is an improved device of the above device which can perform cyclodeviation measurement at a position other than the front by stabilizing vision fixation. The cyclodeviation measurement device includes a board, a pair of Maddox rods provided on the board so that at least one Maddox rod is rotatable, a manipulation means capable of freely rotating the rotatable Maddox rod, and an indication means indicating a rotation angle of the Maddox rod. The improved device includes a pair of a Maddox rod and a Bagolini striated lens instead of a pair of the Maddox rods.
