Abstract: Disclosed herein are various device embodiments providing for single-handed operation of dual fluid injection or fluid injection/aspiration. The inventions further contemplate methods of using the devices using real-time imaging technologies. The single-handed device has structures for selectively applying two or more sources of positive or negative pressure through an attachable needle for said dual fluid injections or aspiration.
