Abstract: A method and a communication network system for increased viewership of a public event or broadcast program which is affected by providing incentives to the viewers in the nature of a sweepstake program drawn from the viewers' responses to queries communicating to the viewers in connection with the event or broadcast presentation. Sweepstake rules are selectable to encourage viewer interaction and engagement with the presentation. Dynamic incentive drivers are applied in real time to further enhance viewer participation and excitement. Broadcast sponsor shares in the revenue generated by the service provider providing the communication services by which the viewers' responses are made in response to the queries.
