  • Patent number: 10050855
Abstract: A first peer, of a plurality of peers, may receive a packet directed to a network address. The network address may identify a tunnel endpoint of a tunnel via which traffic, associated with a multi-homed client, is transferred. The multi-homed client may be connected to each peer of the plurality of peers. The first peer may identify the packet as being associated with the multi-homed client. The first peer may update first information, associated with the tunnel, based on identifying the packet as being associated with the multi-homed client. The first peer may provide the packet to a second peer of the plurality of peers. The second peer may receive the packet and may update second information, associated with the tunnel, based on receiving the packet provided by the first peer. The first information and the second information may be updated to indicate an operational status of the tunnel.

  • Patent number: 9552920
Abstract: A system, such as a charging system, is provided. The system can include a coil. A connection module can be coupled to the coil and configured to allow the coil to communicate with an energy source to generate a magnetic field. A field-focusing element can be included, the field-focusing element acting to focus the magnetic field when the magnetic field varies in time at a predetermined rate. In one embodiment, the field-focusing element may be configured to focus the magnetic field in an area separated from the coil by at least about 5 cm.

  • Patent number: 9246820
Abstract: In some embodiments, a non-transitory processor-readable medium stores code representing instructions to be executed by a processor that cause the processor to receive a data unit having a header portion. The code causes the processor to select a route based on the header portion and modify, based on the route being associated with a tunnel, the data unit to define a tunnel data unit including a tunnel header. The code causes the processor to select a loopback link from a set of loopback links of a loopback link aggregation group (LAG). The code further causes the processor to receive via the loopback link, the tunnel data unit and send the tunnel data unit via the tunnel based on the tunnel header.

  • Patent number: 9066050
Abstract: Method for transmitting and receiving audiovisual content in “push” environments without a return channel, in which a transmitter composed of at least one transponder transmits, to a set of receivers, each composed of a plurality of tuners, a transport signal comprising at least one audiovisual content channel, adapted to be received and directly reproduced in each receiver by virtue of the transponder which transmits said audiovisual content channel being tuned by each receiver, and a data channel associated with each audiovisual content channel, which comprises at least one audiovisual content, for the subsequent recording thereof in a storage device of each receiver.

  • Publication number: 20140181860
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for reproducing audiovisual advertising content in transmissions in push environments without a return channel, comprising: reception and storage of an item of audiovisual content to be reproduced; reception and storage of an item of audiovisual advertising content, together with metadata associated with each item of audiovisual advertising content; determination of the time at which an item of audiovisual advertising content is to be inserted into the audiovisual content to be reproduced; and insertion of an item of audiovisual advertising content at the determined time during the reproduction of at least one pre-stored item of audiovisual content.

  • Publication number: 20130138379
Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention is an algorithmic method means for testing the performance characteristics of humidity and temperature probes i.e. accuracy, stability, repeatability of humidity and temperature sensor probes over a user selected dynamic range that is easily programmable by and end user. Further, said testing is accomplished and completed by using a specially designed humidity and temperature test chamber, that is traceable to NIST (National Institute of Science and Technology). Ongoing and final testing results are made visible for study by an end user via computer display and there is printout availability. Further, testing in said special chamber utilizes novel method means for probe attachment to said chamber and control thereof.
