  • Publication number: 20180357215
Abstract: A method includes receiving a request from a user device accessing a webpage, the request including a webpage uniform resource locator (URL) and a user device identifier. The method includes retrieving a list of events associated with the user device based on the device identifier. The method further includes retrieving sets of rules. Each set of rules indicates events and URLs that satisfy the set of rules. Each set of rules is associated with a template that includes link rendering data for rendering a link on the user device. The method includes identifying a set of rules that is satisfied by the received URL and events, transmitting link rendering data associated with the identified set of rules to the user device, and transmitting link routing data to the user device. The link routing data is configured to route the user device to an application state corresponding to the webpage.

  • Publication number: 20180324265
Abstract: A method includes receiving first event data from a device, the first event data including a first identifier (ID) that identifies the device, web browser metadata, and data associated with an application state. The method includes generating a first persona including the first ID and a first event identifier that identifies a first user action. The method includes receiving second event data, the second event data including device metadata and a second ID that identifies the device. The method includes generating a second persona based on the second event data, the second persona including the second ID and a second event identifier that identifies a second user action. Additionally, the method includes determining that the first and second personas are associated with the device based on matches between the browser metadata and device metadata and transmitting a response to the device configured to route the device to the application state.

  • Patent number: 9633846
Abstract: The embodiments disclosed herein pertain to improved methods and apparatus for etching a semiconductor substrate. A plasma grid assembly is positioned in a reaction chamber to divide the chamber into upper and lower sub-chambers. The plasma grid assembly may include one or more plasma grids having slots of a particular aspect ratio, which allow certain species to pass through from the upper sub-chamber to the lower sub-chamber. In some cases, an electron-ion plasma is generated in the upper sub-chamber. Electrons that make it through the grid to the lower sub-chamber are cooled as they pass through. In some cases, this results in an ion-ion plasma in the lower sub-chamber. The ion-ion plasma may be used to advantage in a variety of etching processes.

  • Patent number: 9338058
Abstract: A network manager device in an industrial wireless network sends a network investigating message to other network nodes for processing and forwarding through the network, the message including a message weight. A wireless communication device providing a node in the network receives the message from another network node, determines a communication weight based on the quality of communication, adds the communication weight to the message weight and compares the sum with the node weight. If the sum is lower than the node weight, it is set as new node weight and as new message weight, whereupon the changed message is sent to other nodes in the network. The network manager device maps the topology of the network based on updated node weights, sets a communication scheduling scheme based on the mapped topology and informs the network nodes of the scheme.

  • Patent number: 7821712
Abstract: The tunable optical filter is provided, comprising an optical means for separating an input optical signal into a tunable drop optical signal and an output optical signal, wherein the output optical signal is directed back along the same path as the input optical signal. One embodiment of the invention comprises an optical circulator, a pair of polarization beam splitters, a pair of half-wave plates, an optical thin-film filter, a rotatable mirror, a spatially fixed mirror. Optical wavelengths are selected by making angular adjustments to the optical thin-film filter and the rotatable mirror, which are rotated by the same angle. A corresponding method for spectrally splitting and spatially separating an input optical signal into an output optical signal and a drop optical signal is also provided.

  • Patent number: 7489525
Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing, a first connecting element, a second connecting element, and a lens module. In this case, the first connecting element pivots on the housing, and deflects relative to the housing in a first swing direction. The second connecting element pivots on the first connecting element, and deflects relative to the first connecting element in a second swing direction. The lens module connects with the second connecting element. Therefore, because the lens module of the electronic device can be deflected in both the first and the second swing directions, the lens module can retrieve images from a broader scope.

  • Publication number: 20080134467
Abstract: An electronic device includes a first housing, a second housing, an axle and a first electromagnetic valve. The second housing is disposed adjacent to one side of the first housing. The first housing and the second housing are both pivoted on the axle, and the first housing and the second housing can be opened/closed around the axle. The first electromagnetic valve is disposed adjacent to the axle to lock/unlock the axle. When the first electromagnetic valve unlocks the axle, the first housing and the second housing may be opened/closed. Alternatively, when the first electromagnetic valve locks the axle, the first housing and the second housing cannot be opened/closed.
