The above object can be attained by an anti-hepatitis B virus agent, or a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for a hepatitis B virus-related disease, each comprising, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by the following formula (1): wherein R is a halogen atom, an amino group, a methoxy group, or a cyano group, or its prodrug, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof.
