  • Publication number: 20130008591
Abstract: There is provided a coating method that allows a core member surface to be coated with a resin film without causing excess tensile strain on the resin film. A core member 20 on whose surface is formed a protruding part 20A is disposed inside a lower chamber 2b, the protruding part 20A comprising two sloped surfaces 22 and 23, and a ridge line 21. A resin film 10 is so disposed as to partition an internal space of a chamber 2. The resin film 10 is heated in such a manner that a part 23 that is to coat a part on the side where the sloped surface with the smaller slope angle is becomes higher in temperature than a part 22 that is to coat a part on the side where the sloped surface with the greater slope angle is. The resin film 10 is extended in such a manner that the resin film 10 expands towards an upper chamber 2a. The ridge line 21 of the core member 20 is brought into contact with the resin film 10 by moving the core member 20 towards the resin film 10.

  • Patent number: 6015856
Abstract: A composite resin material exhibiting excellent physical properties, which is formed by adding semi-rigid or rigid polyurethane resin waste to a thermoplastic reactive resin, a nonreactive resin, a polymer alloy or the like. A first kind of the composite resin material is composed of a crosslinking polyurethane resin and a reactive resin, a nonreactive resin or a polymer alloy, which is formed by kneading the crosslinking polyurethane resin and the reactive resin, the nonreactive resin or the polymer alloy at a predetermined temperature or more. A second kind of the composite resin material is composed of a hydrolysis product of crosslinking polyurethane resin and a solid filler, which are mixed with a nonreactive resin and a polymer alloy by kneading.

  • Patent number: 5958988
Abstract: A cross-linked polyurethane resin powder includes a powder including particles made from a hard or a semi-hard polyurethane resin. The particles have a superficial portion and an internal portion disposed inside the superficial portion, and involve cross-linked bondings therein. Part of the cross-linked bondings are unchanged, and another part thereof are broken to result in activated groups. At least part of the activated groups are exposed on the superficial portion of the particles. The cross-linked polyurethane resin powder is produced by hydrolyzing a hard or semi-hard polyurethane resin in the presence of water and in a temperature range of from a hydrolysis temperature of the resin to a liquefying temperature thereof, and by applying a predetermined shearing force to the resin. The cross-linked polyurethane resin powder can disperse well in resinous substrates, and can upgrade the physical properties of the resulting recycled products.

  • Patent number: 5096956
Abstract: A polyol composition with a viscosity at 25.degree. C. of not higher than 50,000 cps which comprises (1) 100 parts by weight of a polyether polyol with a molecular weight of 2,000 to 10,000 prepared by addition of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to a di- or tri-functional compound containing active hydrogen atoms, (2) 5 to 30 parts by weight of an aromatic diamine, (3) a solution of 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of fatty acid metal salt in an aliphatic amine and (4) 10 to 50 parts by weight of a potassium titanate needle crystal, which has low viscosity and can be easily handled in a molding step.

  • Patent number: 5079084
Abstract: A method for the reaction injection molding of a reinforced product from a polyol or polyisocyanate, or a mixture thereof employs a flaky inorganic reinforcing material having an average flake size not exceeding 18 microns. The molded product presents a surface finish of high sharpness when painted.

  • Patent number: 4579899
Abstract: A polyurethane containing an oligomer of a molecular weight of at most 5,000, which has at least either urethane or urea bonds, is terminated with inactive groups and does not have any group reactive with alcoholic hydroxyl and isocyanate groups of raw materials for urethane preparation in its molecule, at most in an amount not to cause deterioration of the desired characteristics of the polyurethane. The polyurethane of the present invention generates less static electricity than the polyurethane of the prior art and can be easily coated by electrostatic deposition.
