The waveguide dielectric layer is configured to transmit light rays coupled into the waveguide dielectric layer by the first grating to the second grating, to enable the light rays to be coupled out through the second grating. The encapsulation film layer covers a side of the first grating and the second grating away from the waveguide dielectric layer, and grooves of the first grating and the second grating are not filled with a material of the encapsulation film layer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for cooperative decision-making on lane-changing behavior of an autonomous vehicle based on Bayesian game. On one hand, intelligent networked road perception and big data analysis are utilized to infer statistical characteristics of driving styles of a side vehicle under different time periods and traffic flow states, serving as prior predictions of driving styles of the side vehicle. On the other hand, the dynamic interaction behaviors during lane-changing processes of a specified vehicle and the side vehicle are continuously observed and posterior corrections are made to the driving styles of the side vehicle. When the specified vehicle generates a lane-changing willingness, probabilities of driving styles are iteratively predicted using Bayesian game principles. Comprehensive consideration of style and willingness probabilities yields a lane-changing probability of the specified vehicle.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-dimensional analysis method for a tripping risk of a whole transmission line due to a lightning shielding failure. A quantity of thunderstorm days, a tower size, a terrain proportion, an altitude, and insulation configuration data are collected for a transmission line for which a tripping risk due to a lightning shielding failure needs to be analyzed, and a striking distance, an exposure distance, a lightning resisting level of the line after altitude factor correction, and a lightning shielding failure risk of a single-base tower are calculated in turn. Characteristics of a lightning shielding failure under different nominal heights, quantities of thunderstorm days, and terrains are studied. Representative combination conditions are selected to calculate a tripping risk of a typical tower due to the lightning shielding failure. A weight coefficient is extracted, to calculate a tripping risk of the whole line due to the lightning shielding failure.

    Abstract: An electronic device and a memristor-based logic gate circuit thereof. In the present application, a control end of a controllable switch is connected to a negative end of an output memristor in a MAGIC-based AND logic gate, and whether a second memristor is powered on is controlled by the controllable switch. Thus, when resistance value states of two input memristors in the AND logic gate are different, the controllable switch will conduct and power on the second memristor, and the second memristor will present a low-resistance state at this time. When the resistance value states of the two input memristors are the same, the controllable switch will not conduct and the second memristor will then remain the state unchanged, i.e., presents a high-resistance state. An exclusive OR logic gate is formed by combining the two input memristors and the second memristor.
