    Abstract: A six-port SIL radar includes an oscillation element, a transceiver element, a power coupling element and a six-port demodulation element. The six-port demodulation element is utilized to demodulate an oscillation signal from the oscillation element such that the operating frequency of the six-port SIL radar will not be restricted by hardware. Further, the power coupling element is configured to divide the oscillation signal into two signals that have equal power when received by the six-port demodulation element for signal-to-noise ratio optimization.

    Abstract: A sub-frame mounting structure is provided. The sub-frame mounting structure includes an outer pipe that is mounted on a vehicle body and an inner pipe that is inserted into and coupled to the outer pipe and detached from the outer pipe when an impact load of a predetermined size or greater is transferred thereto. An anti-rotation structure prevents a relative rotation between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. A sub-frame is fastened to the inner pipe to support the vehicle body through the outer pipe to stably support the vehicle body by the sub-frame and to detach the sub-frame from the vehicle body during a collision.

    Abstract: An automatic object tracking system is configured to perform an automatic object tracking method. A horizontal coordinate axis and a vertical coordinate axis are defined in image capturing data captured by a handheld device. When a feature object is recognized, a sampling frame is set to surround the feature object, and a reference point is set within the sampling frame. A horizontal distance and a vertical distance from the reference point to a target coordinate are calculated. When the horizontal distance or the vertical distance is larger than a horizontal threshold, a turning command is issued to move the reference point towards the target coordinate horizontally or vertically by at least one horizontal unit or by at least one vertical unit. In case that plural feature objects are recognized, the handheld mobile device chooses a proper one of the plural feature objects timely to perform the panning shot.

    Abstract: Circuits and methods for programming a MTJ stack of an MRAM cell minimizes a ferromagnetic free layer or pinned layer polarization reversal due to back-hopping. The programming begins by applying a first segment of the segment of the write pulse at a first write voltage level for a first time period to program the MTJ stack. A second segment of the segment of the write pulse at a second write voltage level that is less than the first write voltage level is applied to the magnetic tunnel junction stack for a second time period to correct the polarization of the MTJ when the MTJ stack has reversed polarization during the first time period. The second segment of the segment of the write pulse may be a ramp, or multiple ramps, or have a quiescent period between it and the first segment of the write pulse.
