    Abstract: To pattern a gate electrode, a mandrel of material is initially deposited and then patterned. In an embodiment the patterning is performed by performing a first etching process and to obtain a rough target and then to perform a second etching process with different etch parameters to obtain a precise target. The mandrel is then used to form spacers which can then be used to form masks to pattern the gate electrode.

    Abstract: A step auto clay thrower consisting of a base, a stepping rod, a support, a throwing arm holder, a throwing arm and a mini motor is disclosed. When the stepping rod is depressed, the throwing arm is forced by a second spring to move a link and a first linking member in turning a shaft and a throwing arm forward for causing generation of a centrifugal force to throw a clay away from the throwing arm, and then a motor shaft of the mini motor is driven to rotate the shaft, thereby returning the throwing arm without any manual operation. In the time the throwing arm throws the clay and the throwing arm is returned by the mini motor, the mini motor does not need to overcome the force of the second spring so that the capacity of the mini motor can be minimized.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for recycling lead paste in a spent lead-acid battery, comprising: (1) pretreating lead paste in a spent lead-acid battery as a raw material under vacuum; mixing the pretreated lead paste with a chlorination reagent to obtain reactants; and heating the reactants under vacuum to carry out a chlorination volatilization reaction, so that lead element in the pretreated lead paste is combined with chlorine element in the chlorination reagent to form lead chloride, which is then volatilized, and after the reaction is completed, chlorination residue and a crude lead chloride product are obtained by condensation and crystallization after volatilization; (2) purifying the crude lead chloride product obtained in the step (1) under vacuum to obtain a refined lead chloride product.

A server that is an entry point for a message processing stream receives a message from a client device, and in response, generating a unique identifier for the message, and adds an entry in a transaction log that including the message and the unique identifier for the message. The server appends the unique identifier to the message, and transmits the message to a second server positioned downstream from the server in the message processing stream. If the server determines that the message has not been processed through the message processing stream, the server accesses the message from the transaction log, appends the unique identifier to the first message, and re-transmitting the message to the second server positioned downstream from the server in the message processing stream.

    Abstract: A trap wobbler includes a base with an inclined bearing seat and a bearing supported on the inclined bearing seat, a trap frame connector pivotally coupled to the bearing of the base for enabling the trap frame connector to be biased relative to the base, and a throwing trap fastened to the trap frame connector. When the throwing arm of the throwing trap is rotated to throw a clay, the inertia force thus generated causes the throwing trap and the trap frame connector to swing left and right. As long as the throwing arm is continuously controlled to continue throwing a clay before stopping of the swinging action of the throwing trap, the left and right swinging motions and amplitudes of the throwing trap is continuously increased.
