  • Patent number: 11421764
Abstract: The invention relates to mechanical engineering, and more particularly to a curved groove ball bearing mechanism, in which a pair of curved groove ball bearings without a retainer are symmetrically arranged to enable the conversion between the rotary motion and the reciprocating linear motion. The bearing mechanism includes an inner ring, a first outer ring, a second outer ring, a plurality of first steel balls and a plurality of second steel balls. The invention is capable of achieving the conversion between the rotary motion of the inner ring into the reciprocating linear motion of the first and second outer rings.

  • Patent number: 11193418
Abstract: The present invention relates to internal combustion engines, and discloses a double-cylinder internal combustion engine. The double-cylinder internal combustion engine of the present invention adopts a curved groove ball bearing mechanism to replace crank-connecting rod mechanisms since traditional internal combustion engines have a complicated structure, high material requirements, high processing difficulty, and the inertia effect and noises thereof are hard to be eliminated. Two inner rings of the curved groove ball bearing mechanism are fixedly connected, and a valve mechanism and an ignition mechanism are driven through a gear pair, so that the two sets of cylinders and pistons reciprocate in opposite directions to automatically balance reciprocating inertia thereof. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has simple motion forms which only consist of the rotary motion and the reciprocating motion, and low noises are produced.

  • Patent number: 10895281
Abstract: The invention relates to universal machine parts, and more particularly to a curved groove ball bearing without a retainer, which can solve the problems in the prior at such as high pendulating frequency and small amplitude. For the bearing, an inner ring and an outer ring are respectively provided with a first curved groove and a second curved groove, where “peaks” and “valleys” of the first curved groove are respectively the same as those of the second curved groove in number. The second curved groove is filled with steel balls, and a retainer for fixing the relative positions of the steel balls is removed, increasing the amplitude and reducing the pendulating frequency.

  • Patent number: 9970484
Abstract: Disclosed is a curved trench ball bearing, which includes an outer ring 1, a set of steel balls 2, a set of retainers 3 and an inner ring 4. The raceways of outer ring 1 and inner ring 4 are used for inlaying steel balls. At least one of them is “S”-shaped curve arc raceway end to end, the other is linear or “S”-shaped curve arc raceway. The number of the “peak” and the number of the “valley” of the curve arc raceway are equal to or an integer times of the number of steel balls. By means of this structure, a bearing can achieve the displacement of reciprocating rectilinear motion while rotating, thereby simplifying a mechanical structure of a kneading roller.
