Abstract: A system and method of anonymizing streaming data sets includes: processing one or more data sets into one or more anonymous vector representations of those data set(s); accessing a generalized vector that includes a desired level of data anonymization; comparing the anonymous vector representations of the data set(s) with the generalized vector; determining whether the anonymous vector representations of the data set(s) are sufficiently anonymous based on the comparison; identifying a temporal period for sending data sets that are sufficiently anonymous; and increasing or decreasing a quantity of computational resources that determine whether the vector representations of the data set(s) are sufficiently anonymous based on an amount of time remaining in the temporal period.

Abstract: A method of operating a predictive data cache includes receiving a request for telematics service from a telematics service requester, determining the subject matter of the request, querying a predictive data cache to determine if the predictive data cache includes a service response to the subject matter of the request and, if the predictive data cache includes the service response, then providing the service response to the requester and updating the predictive data cache using the subject matter of the request. The subject matter can include one or more of: an event description, an event period, or an event location based on the request.

Abstract: An interactive information dissemination and retrieval system is disclosed herein. The system includes a website configured to host a blog and to receive at least one blog post. An information retrieval reporting system is configured to i) extract a first set of tags from the blog and a second set of tags from the at least one blog post and ii) recognize a semantic relationship between the first and second sets of tags. At least one analyzer is included in the system and is configured to analyze the semantic relationship and generate at least one action item based on the semantic relationship. Method(s) for generating action item(s) are also disclosed herein.

Abstract: A method for determining a user request involves receiving an image at a call center and generating a mathematical representation associated with the image. The method further includes using the image mathematical representation and a pre-selected image mathematical representation (previously associated with an action) to identify a user request that is associated with the image.
