  • Publication number: 20150094700
Abstract: There are provided an external cylinder for a probe equipped in a cryosurgical apparatus and a therapeutic-device unit, which are able to protect normal cells near a lesion, provide higher heat efficiency for the freeze and thawing, and simplify the structure. The external cylinder for the probe equipped in the cryosurgical apparatus and the therapeutic-device unit which includes the external cylinder for the probe equipped in the cryosurgical apparatus are provided. The external cylinder includes a given range in which the freezing gas enables an ice ball to be formed on an outer circumference including the distal end portion; and adiabatic means arranged in a range other than the given range so as to prevent heat from being exchanged between the inner space and an outside.

  • Publication number: 20110184401
Abstract: The present invention relates to a treatment device utilized in the freezing treatment method and its treatment planning device, and has an object to settle a freezing periodĀ·defrosting period according to a size of a treatment portion. A cryotherapy device comprises a gas supply-exhaust system 100, a control system 200 therefore and a freezing probe system 300. The gas supply-exhaust system 100 supplies a freezing gas and a defrosting gas to a probe 60 of the freezing probe system 300 to freeze and defrost the treatment portion surrounding the tip of the probe 60 by the JouleĀ·Thomson effect. The control system 200 controls the gas supply-exhaust system 100 and makes treatment planning data for this control. The treatment planning data includes a freezingĀ·defrosting sequence to determine the freezing period and the defrosting period. The determination of this sequence is performed by the computer in the control system 200.

  • Publication number: 20050104884
Abstract: A method for producing a digital topographic map, comprising the following steps of: a step for dividing a basic map, which is produced through UTM drawing method, into grid-like sectors at a predetermined distance, and further dividing the sector obtained into a smaller one (4), thereby producing small sectors while interpolating discontinuous data being in short between each sectors and within each of the sectors; a step for producing digital data by relating x,y coordinates of the small sector (4) obtained and a sea level obtained through measurement, upon basis of an algorithm having a rationality, and connecting the small sectors (4) being same in the sea level thereof with a straight line, thereby producing a first topographic map (5), on which contour lines (6) are formed with lines of segments; and a step for conducting a smoothing process upon the contour lines (6) of said first topographic map (5), mathematically, thereby producing a second topographic map (7), on which the contour lines (6) are for

  • Patent number: 4549175
Abstract: Image display apparatus provided with an address converter aiding the apparatus in faithfully reproducing for display an optical image transmitted via an optical fiber bundle. The address converter is adapted to store information concerning the relation between the geometric address of the individual optical fibers at one end face of the optical fiber bundle and that at the other end face so as to permit conversion of one geometric address to the other. The small elements of an image transmitted through the individual optical fibers to the rear end of the bundle are rearranged in accordance with the geometric address of the fibers on the front end to complete an image conforming to the original transmitted image.

  • Patent number: 4011546
Abstract: In display apparatus wherein a picture image corresponding to an information train given by an electronic computer is written in a storage tube by a random scanning system and then the picture image is repeatedly read out of the storage tube by a raster scanning system for displaying it on the screen of a cathode ray tube, means is provided to assure precise correspondence between the information train given by the computer and the position on the screen of the cathode ray tube designated by a light pen thus producing an interruption signal to the computer.
