    Abstract: A managing computer adds a bulk-sales negotiation ID to a bulk-sales negotiation to distinguish the bulk sales negotiation from a normal sales negotiation. An amount of scheduled shipment and completed shipment for the bulk sales negotiation is managed by a bulk-sales-negotiation managing unit based on the bulk-sales negotiation ID. The managing computer obtains an amount of completed shipment of a regular negotiation by subtracting an amount of completed shipment of the bulk-sales negotiation from a total amount of completed shipment. The managing computer calculates a seasonal index based on an amount of completed shipment according to a stratification of products to design a sales plan. The managing computer adds an amount of schedule shipments of the bulk sales negotiation to the sales plan.
