  • Publication number: 20050263506
Abstract: There is provided a printed board machining apparatus that limits less in terms of the length of printed boards to be machined, that can be readily controlled in positioning a sheet-like workpiece and that is capable of improving the machining efficiency. A plural sets of optical scanners and f? lenses that compose laser condensing and positioning means are disposed apart in a width direction (X direction) orthogonal to a longitudinal direction (Y direction) of the sheet-like workpiece and two sheet-like workpieces are fixed on a machining table in parallel in the width direction to machine printed boards on the sheet-like workpieces. The disposition of the f? lenses allows the machining of the plurality of lengthy printed boards to be completed practically in the same time or in the same time without limiting the length of the printed boards to be machined.

  • Publication number: 20050250356
Abstract: A press-fit terminal includes a pair of the resilient contacts being swelled outward, and having a deformation space into which the resilient contacts are deformed. The press-fit terminal is electrically connected to a conductive inner wall of a through-hole on a circuit board by pressing the press-fit terminal into the through-hole. The press-fit terminal includes abutting portions on each inner wall of the pair of the resilient contacts. When the abutting portions abut on each other, the abutting portions regulate deformation of the resilient contacts in a narrowing direction to narrow the deformation space. Then inclined walls formed on the abutting portions induce the resilient contacts to slide on the inclined walls in a direction to separate the resilient contacts from each other.

  • Publication number: 20050187651
Abstract: There is provided a laser machining apparatus that requires no machining program to be prepared in advance and that is capable of increasing a work efficiency and a product reliability even for a workpiece in which a spot to be machined cannot be specified in advance. The laser machining apparatus is provided with a machining program generating unit comprising a line camera and an image processing unit. The line camera scans a surface of the workpiece mounted on a Y table before machining. The machining program generating unit specifies a spot to be machined from the image data obtained by the line camera and makes up a machining program based on the specified spot to be machined. An NC unit controls the machining of the workpiece based on the machining program made up as described above.

  • Publication number: 20050181651
Abstract: Providing a board-connecting terminal capable to prevent damage to a circuit board, such as whitening and peeling, and to supply stable electrical contact corresponding to finished diameters of throughholes, the board-connecting terminal has an elastic contact to be connected electrically therewith. The elastic contact includes a pair of strip contacts at both sides of the elastic contact to leave a space to deform elastically in a direction of approach. A central part in a direction of widthwise of the each strip contact is formed thicker than an other part thereof, and both free ends continued to the central part are formed thinner than the central part so as to deform elastically along a circumference of an inner wall of the throughhole sectioned in such a direction being perpendicular to an axis of the throughhole.

  • Patent number: 6840797
Abstract: A leg portion is provided at a second connector so that a gap is created between a flat circuit body and a circuit board. The leg portion also serves as a positioning projection, and a locking hole for being engaged with the positioning projection is provided at the flat circuit body. A guiding groove for receiving the leg portion is formed at a first connector. A guiding part for receiving the first connector in a sliding manner is formed at an end of an opening of the first connector, and an inclined part for sliding the guiding part there along is formed at an end of an engaging part of the second connector.

  • Publication number: 20040266250
Abstract: A press-contacting connector includes a connector housing, a wire holder and an assisting plate. The connector housing has a plurality of press-contacting terminals and a holder fitting portion in which a plurality of press-contacting blades of the press-contacting terminals are provided. The wire holder is fitted into the holder fitting portion of the connector housing, and holding a plurality of wires. The assisting plate is attached to the wire holder so as to press-hold press-contacting portions of the wires to the wire holder. The assisting plate has a plurality of guide portions which guides the press-contacting blades to the press-contacting portions of the wires respectively. When the wire holder is fitted into the connector housing, the press-contacting blades press-contact the press-contacting portions of the wires respectively.

  • Publication number: 20040171313
Abstract: A connector includes an inner housing which holds a plurality of electric wires, an outer housing which accommodates the inner housing along a first direction, a fixing member which fixes the inner housing and the outer housing to each other and a convex portion which protrudes from one of an outer surface of the inner housing and an inner surface of the outer housing in the first direction. When the fixing member fixes the inner housing and the outer housing to each other, the convex portion abuts against the other of the outer surface of the inner housing and the inner surface of the outer housing so that a repulsive force is generated between the inner housing and the outer housing.
