  • Publication number: 20130255808
Abstract: A fuel gas supplying and filling system for a fuel gas consuming unit, capable of using a supply passage in both filling and supplying operations and improving the airtightness and reliability of a fill passage. A high-pressure tank and a fuel gas consuming unit are connected to each other by a supply passage, and an electromagnetic pressure regulating valve is provided on the supply passage. An electromagnetic on-off valve is provided between the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve and the high-pressure tank. A fill passage is connected to a portion of the supply passage, the portion being located between the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve and the electromagnetic on-off valve. The fill passage is configured such that the high-pressure fuel gas can be supplied through a filling opening. When the high-pressure fuel gas is introduced to a downstream side of the electromagnetic on-off valve, the electromagnetic on-off valve opens the supply passage.

  • Publication number: 20130247876
Abstract: The present invention provides a fuel gas supply system of a gas engine capable of supplying to a fuel gas supply unit a fuel gas of constant pressure which fluctuates little. In a fuel gas supply system, a high-pressure tank and a gas injector are connected to each other by a supply passage, and an electromagnetic pressure regulating valve is provided on the supply passage. The electromagnetic pressure regulating valve is configured to regulate the pressure of the gas, flowing through the supply passage, to pressure corresponding to a current supplied to the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve. The gas pressure downstream of the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve is detected by a low-pressure-side pressure sensor. A controller is electrically connected to the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve.

Abstract: A gas pressure regulating valve capable of regulating secondary pressure of a high-pressure fuel gas to a target pressure and preventing the fuel gas from leaking. An electromagnetic pressure regulating valve is an in tank type and can cause a valve body to move to adjust an opening degree of a valve passage. A diaphragm seal and a low-pressure sealing member respectively seal both sides of a bearing member slidingly supporting the valve body. The diaphragm seal receives the secondary pressure from a pressure return chamber. A back pressure chamber connected to a primary port is formed in the valve body by a seal rod inserted in the valve body. A communication passage connected to a secondary port is formed at a side of the seal rod, and a high-pressure sealing member seals between the communication passage and the back pressure chamber.

  • Publication number: 20130175462
Abstract: A solenoid on-off valve includes a main valve body in a housing. A pilot passage is formed on the main valve body, and a pilot valve body is inserted into the pilot passage so as to open and close the pilot passage. The pilot valve body and the main valve body move in accordance with a plunger which is movable in an opening direction. The plunger and the pilot valve body are coupled by a coupling pin. The coupling pin is displaceable relative to the pilot valve body. When the main valve body is pushed in the opening direction and before the coupling pin contacts the pilot valve body, the plunger stops the movement of the main valve body. Thus, a shear force is prevented from acting on the coupling pin when the valve port is opened.

  • Patent number: 8413951
Abstract: A valve device includes a temperature sensor disposed to project from a housing to a tank inner space to detect the temperature in the tank inner space, and can detect the temperature without being influenced by the heat capacity of the housing. A coil generates a magnetic force to drive a valve with three terminals arranged at different positions in an axial direction, and a drive voltage is selectively applied between two of the terminals. A current value of the driving current which energizes the coil can be changed by selecting the terminals between which the drive voltage is applied. Without controlling the drive voltage, it is possible to suppress wasting power such that the driving current of the large current value is generated in the start-up time, and the current value of the driving current is decreased in the holding time.

  • Patent number: 8245730
Abstract: Electric power is supplied to a coil (17) to drive a valve (16) for displacement by a magnetic action, thereby adjusting the opening of a valve path (43). The electric power for thus driving the valve (16) is supplied to the coil (17) through an electric conductor wire (18). The electric conductor wire (18) extends from a portion of a housing (15) that is exposed from a tank (11) to a portion of the housing (15) that accommodates the coil (17) therein. Thus, the housing (15) holds the electric conductor wire (18) as extending inside the housing (15). Since the electric conductor wire (18) is thus held as extending inside the housing (15), the electric conductor wire (18) is protected against vibration and impact given thereto from the outside. Thus, the electric conductor wire (18) has enhanced reliability in terms of resistance to vibration and impact. With the electric conductor wire (18) thus positioned within the housing (15), the housing (15) can house the electric conductor wire (18) neatly.

  • Patent number: 7814925
Abstract: Under emergency, a valve body displaced from a closed position to an open position in association with melting of a fuse member receives resultant of pressing forces of a primary pressure of gas guided through a primary port in an opening direction in a state where the valve body is disposed at the position closer to the open position including a fluid driving start position between the closed position and the open position. The valve body receives smaller resultant of the pressing forces of the primary pressure in the opening direction in a state where the valve body is disposed at the position closer to the closed position than to the fluid driving start position than the resultant of the pressing forces received by the valve body in the state where the valve body is disposed at the position closer to the open position including the fluid driving start position.
