Publication number: 20050260799Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing an SOI semiconductor device capable of forming a uniform field oxide film with good controllability. The method for producing a semiconductor device with an SOI substrate having a support substrate 1 and a semiconductor layer 3 that interpose a first insulating film 2 between them includes the following steps. A second insulating film 4 is overlaid on the semiconductor layer 3. A third insulating film 5 is overlaid on the second insulating film 4. An opening 9 is formed in the third and second insulating films 5 and 4, and the semiconductor layer 3 whereby the first insulating film 2 is exposed. A field oxide film 6 is formed by thermally oxidizing the support substrate 1 in the opening 9 through the first insulating film 2. The third and second insulating films 5 and 4 are removed.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 4, 2004Publication date: November 24, 2005Applicant: Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd.Inventor: Kaoru Ozawa

Patent number: 6508266Abstract: A diaphragm valve can properly mount a peripheral portion of a diaphragm over the entire periphery and reliably establish a seal between the peripheral edge portion on a liquid side of the diaphragm and a diaphragm mounting seat for preventing leakage of a liquid. The diaphragm valve includes an annular base (27) provided to project from a seat surface of mounting seat (12) for a predetermined height and connected with a bracket mounting flange (16) on the side of valve operating portion by bolts (17). A diaphragm retaining portion (30) is formed integrally with flange (16) for compressing the peripheral edge portion of diaphragm with a constant pressure so that flange (16) and base (27) are connected by bolts (17) in the condition where diaphragm (14) is compressed onto base (12) with constant pressure by diaphragm retaining portion (30).Type: GrantFiled: February 20, 2001Date of Patent: January 21, 2003Assignee: Toyo Stainless Steel Industries Co., Ltd.Inventors: Masao Iritani, Kaoru Ozawa, Toru Tateishi

Patent number: 5904173Abstract: A double sealed valve according to the invention includes a valve seat 6 in a communicating passage 3 formed between an upper passage 1 and a lower passage 2. The valve also includes a first vertical valve stem 8 and a second vertical valve stem 10, which is hollow and slidably surround the first stem 8. The first stem 8 has a first valve plug 7 for slidable engagement with an inner peripheral side of the seat 6. The second stem 10 has a second valve plug 9 for compressive engagement with an upper side of the seat 6. The first stem 8 is connected to a valve drive mechanism 28. When the valve opens, the drive 28 lifts the first stem 8, which the second plug 9 moves upward.Type: GrantFiled: July 10, 1997Date of Patent: May 18, 1999Assignee: Toyo Stainless Steel Industries, Co., Ltd.Inventor: Kaoru Ozawa

Patent number: 5610749Abstract: A master optical signal transmitter-receiver unit and slave optical signal transmitter-receiver units are connected in series for optical transmission by way of optical fibers. Each optical signal transmitter-receiver unit includes an optical connector for converting an optical signal to an electric signal and vice versa, an optical fiber switching circuit for switching the operation mode of the transmitter-receiver unit to thereby switch the data transmission direction, and a microcomputer. Each slave optical signal transmitter-receiver unit has a second optical connector connected to the first optical connector. The optical fiber switching circuits are under control of respective microcomputers. The microcomputer of each slave optical signal transmitter-receiver unit compares address data of the unit with address data received from the master optical signal transmitter-receiver unit.Type: GrantFiled: March 9, 1995Date of Patent: March 11, 1997Assignee: Sharp Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takatoshi Mizoguchi, Kaoru Ozawa

Patent number: 4967312Abstract: A case for enclosing a circuit board has a housing with walls and a circuit board with a light-receiving element attached perpendicularly thereonto is inserted into the housing to be secured at a specified position. To correctly position the circuit board and to secure it at this position, parts of the walls are bent inward protrudingly such that when the circuit board is inserted, these inwardly protruding parts are elastically compressed outward. As soon as the circuit board reaches the specified position, these elastically compressed pieces spring back to their normal inwardly bent positions to prevent the circuit board from disengaging.Type: GrantFiled: August 31, 1989Date of Patent: October 30, 1990Assignee: Sharp Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Kaoru Ozawa, Hiroshi Okawara

Patent number: 4536804Abstract: A magnetic tape recorder is removably secured to an electronic digital information processing apparatus of the portable type for storing digital information and audio information. The digital information stored in the magnetic tape recorder is let out from the magnetic tape recorder in response to commands introduced through a keyboard means included in the electronic digital information processing apparatus and is displayed on a digital display secured on the electronic digital information processing apparatus. In a preferred form, another keyboard means is removably associated with the electronic digital information processing apparatus, whereby many kinds of information can be stored in the magnetic tape recorder.Type: GrantFiled: September 1, 1982Date of Patent: August 20, 1985Assignee: Sharp Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takeshi Kasubuchi, Takeo Hara, Kaoru Ozawa

Patent number: 4015267Abstract: In ink jet system printers of charge amplitude controlling types ink drops issuing from a nozzle and rapidly traveling in their path toward a record receiving member are subjected to air resistances. Particularly the individual charged ink drops serving for printing purposes are under influences of air resistances which are different in accordance with the presence and absence of preceding charged ink drops and such differences result in faulty printing. In order to minimize the occurrence of distortions in the recording as described above the control system disclosed herein produces correction signals in accordance with the conditions of presence charged and absence of the preceding ink drops to adjust the amplitude of charges on the individual ink drops, thereby obviating the distortions in the recording due to the air resistances.Type: GrantFiled: July 19, 1973Date of Patent: March 29, 1977Assignee: Sharp Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takeshi Kasubuchi, Kaoru Ozawa, Tomoo Makita
