Abstract: A coil component includes a body having a first to sixth surfaces, a coil disposed in the body, and including a lead-out portion, and an external electrode including a base portion disposed on the third surface or the fourth surface, an insertion portion bent from one end of the base portion and at least a portion of which is inserted into the body, and a pad portion bent from the other end of the base portion and extending to the first surface, wherein each of the third to sixth surfaces includes a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface inclined in different directions with respect to the first direction, and the insertion portion includes one surface facing the first surface and the other surface facing the second surface, and the lead-out portion contacts the one surface of the insertion portion.
