Abstract: A portable, wearable multi-component measurement and analysis system and method can be utilized for collecting and analyzing bio-mechanical and human gait analysis data while performing any physical activity. The system and method are used to enhance biomechanics databases, and use machine learning to develop predictive models, while further correlating that to data collected by consumer devices and smart apparel, to ultimately use data from consumer devices only, to provide insights (measurements and diagnostics) and feedback (recommendations) for optimizing performance, preventing injuries and expediting recovery to device owners and others (persons with whom device owner would like to share information).
