    Abstract: Systems and methods for managing a phone lead transaction between a lead seller and a lead buyer as part of a first transaction between said lead seller and a consumer. The method, for example, includes enabling a plurality of lead buyers to bid for phone leads from at least, one lead seller. When the lead seller conducts a transaction with a consumer, a prequalification question is displayed to an agent associated with the lead seller to allow the agent to ascertain whether the consumer qualifies. If the consumer qualifies, the consumer is connected to the lead buyer either immediately or at a later time. Methods are disclosed for tracking the phone lead transaction and performing back-end accounting for account settlement purposes.

    Abstract: A sales tool for improving customer service comprises a computer system including a processor, program, and network communication interface, wherein the computer system is configured to receive a geographic identifier, and configured to retrieve content relevant to the geographic identifier and provide the content to an operator. In one embodiment, an identifier structure is capable of providing a geographic identifier to the computer system. In aspects of the invention, the geographic identifier is a zip code, a customer's telephone number where the geographic identifier is a geographic area corresponding to the telephone number, and a customer's internet address where the geographic identifier is a geographic area corresponding to the internet protocol address. In other aspects, the computer system is configured to retrieve content from internet databases relevant to the geographic identifier. Advantages of the invention include the ability to provide improved sales and customer service.

    Abstract: An advertising management structure for determining consumer interest a computer system including a processor, a program, a database and a network communication interface. The database is configured to store records including advertising campaigns and customer records. The program includes a comparison engine configured to access the database and to determine the success of an advertising campaign in a particular market segment. The processor is configured to execute the program and determine consumer interest for a particular campaign. In one aspect, the processor is configured to suggest improvements to the advertising campaign and future campaigns can incorporate the suggestions. In another aspect, the processor is configured to determine a return on investment for the campaign. Advantages of the invention include the ability to collect information regarding advertising campaigns and to use that information to develop a return on investment.
