Abstract: A novel method and system are herein described for enabling communications between distributed network objects. In general, a system and method for providing communications between network objects, the means and steps of said system and method comprising: registering said objects desiring communications; accepting a communications message from at least one of said objects, said communication addressing one of said plurality of network objects; determining the mode of message delivery for said message; delivering said message according to the mode of message delivery determined.

Abstract: In a network, said network comprising multiple components coupled in a distributed manner wherein distributed programs execute across said multiple components and data associated with the execution of said distributed programs is generated by said multiple components; a novel method and system for logging distributed program trace data is disclosed, the method and system comprising steps and means for generating data associated with the execution of said distributed programs from each said multiple components; processing said data associated with the execution of said distributed programs from each said multiple components; and displaying said processed data to a user, said data associated with the execution of said distributed programs generated by said multiple components for a user of said network. Additionally, the system can dynamically adjust the level of diagnostic data available from a set of network elements according to user/operator specific commands.

Abstract: A novel system and method is herein described for creating user interfaces for a plurality of users of an office land mobile network (OLMN), said system and method comprising means and steps for receiving a request from said user for service from said OLMN, said request comprising data pertaining to said service; validating said data received from said request; if said data is valid for said request, formatting said data into an internal format; submitting said formatted request to an appropriate framework for application processing; and returning a user interface, said user interface being appropriate for the particular request received.

Abstract: A method for providing an integrated communication server is provided that includes receiving a selection of at least one service option. Capacity information for at least one type of subscriber is received. A specified set of rules is applied to produce a result set based on the service option selection and the capacity information. Configuration parameters are determined for one or more network elements based on the result set.
