    Abstract: Provided is a method of determining the likelihood that a patient, with a disorder treatable with a TNF antagonist, will respond to administration of a TNF-antagonist. The method comprises determining the likelihood of the patient's response to said antagonist based on a metabolic profile of a urine sample from said patient. Methods of treatment and kits for use in said methods are also provided.
