Abstract: The invention concerns a pharmaceutical composition, kit or fixed-dose combination comprising a methionine depletion agent (MDA), and an anti-cancer immune modulator (ACIM), for use in the treatment of a disease or condition in a subject or patient in need of treatment thereof. Synergic combinations are provided. Cancer may be for example acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, brain cancer, head and neck cancer or breast cancer.
