  • Publication number: 20110198080
Abstract: A wellbore debris screening system used with controlled annulus pressure wellbore intervention and drilling operations includes a wellbore annulus seal configured to pressure isolate an annular space between a conduit inserted into the wellbore and the wellbore wall. A first screening device is coupled to an output of the annulus seal. second screening device is coupled to the output of the annulus seal. Valves are provided that are operable to selectively divert flow out of the annulus to the first and to the second screening sections.

  • Publication number: 20110132606
Abstract: An apparatus for releasing additive into cement pumped into an annular space between a wall of a wellbore and a casing inserted into the wellbore include a cement additive enclosed in a container disposed in the annular space at at least one selected position along the wellbore. The container is configured to release the additive at a selected time.

  • Publication number: 20110030963
Abstract: A system for distributing fluid to a plurality of wellbores drilled from a common pad includes at least two fluid conduits extending between the wellbores. The fluid conduits are configured to couple at one end to a fluid pump. At least one remotely operable valve is hydraulically connected to each fluid conduit proximate each wellbore. At least one flow line hydraulically connects each remotely operable valve to each wellbore such that fluid moved through the flow line enters the wellbore. A control unit is disposed proximate the pad and is configured to operate the remotely operable valves.

  • Patent number: 7584795
Abstract: A sealed branch wellbore transition joint. A method of completing a well having intersecting wellbores includes the steps of: positioning a diverter in a wellbore; diverting an assembly from the wellbore into another wellbore; and swelling a sealing material on the assembly, so that a seal is formed between the assembly and the diverter. A completion system for a well having intersecting wellbores includes a diverter positioned in a wellbore, an assembly extending laterally across the wellbore, and a sealing material on the assembly. The sealing material is swollen so that a seal is formed between the assembly and the diverter.
