    Abstract: A switching device is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the switching device includes a coupling element for non-contacting communication, and a first enclosure part. According to at least one embodiment, the switching device includes an at least partially spherical holder, in which case the partially spherical holder can rotate by virtue of its shape about at least two axes with respect to the first enclosure part. Further, the partially spherical holder is provided in order to retain and to hold the coupling element.
