Abstract: A food coring device includes a first blade and a second blade and a first stop member and a second stop member. The first blade is attached to a first stop member and the second blade is attached to a second stop member with the first blade opposing the second blade and the first stop member including a first stop surface and the second stop member including a second stop surface. A spring member urges the first and second stop members towards a first position where the first and second stop surfaces are disengaged. During use, the first and second stop members may be placed in a second position by moving the first and second stop members together against the urging of the spring member such that the first stop surface is engaged by the second stop surface.

Abstract: A food chopping device is provided. The chopping device includes a chopping member having a pair of wings with each wing having a holding surface and a chopping edge. An angle is formed between the holding surfaces of the pair of wings. The chopping member also including an opening configured to drain a liquid from food. The food chopping device also includes a handle member attached with the chopping member.

Abstract: A garlic press includes a base with a first portion adjacent to a first end and an angled elevated portion adjacent to a second end. The first portion of the base is configured to rest on a surface. A handle is pivotally joined to the angled elevated portion of the base at a joint so that the handle may pivot between an open position and a closed position. The handle includes a presser block. The angled elevated portion of the base including a chamber defined by walls and a grate having a number of apertures. The chamber receives the presser block when the handle is in the closed position.

Abstract: A garlic roller has a base including a pair of side walls and a top panel that cooperatively define a chamber. A curved panel includes a cutting grate having multiple apertures. The curved panel is pivotally connected to the base so as to pivot between an open position and a closed position, with the curved panel enclosing the chamber when in a closed position. A closing mechanism releasably secures the curved panel in the closed position.

Abstract: A food slicing device is disclosed. The food slicing device comprises a body configured to contain at least one food item and a lid having a protecting member. The body has a plurality of recesses defined within the body that are configured to receive a cutting blade of a knife or the like. The lid is hingedly attached to the body and is configured to move between a first position where the lid at least partially covers a top opening of the body, and a second position wherein the lid does not cover the top opening of the body.
