  • Patent number: 10736650
Abstract: A device (1) has an extraction bag (5) to receive a preparation (29) that is detached using an electrosurgical cutting loop (6, 6?) in a body cavity (27). The extraction bag (5) can be extended out of a distal opening (10) of an insertion tube (3). The cutting loop (6, 6?) is flexible and can be extended out of the insertion tube (3) together with the extraction bag (5). The cutting loop (6, 6?) is adjacent a first bag opening (9) and adjacent a first loop (8?). The cutting loop (6, 6?) has an exposed non-insulated electrically conductive cutting region (14, 14?) at the distal end (13, 13?) of the loop, and an insulated region (15, 15?) outside of the cutting region (14, 14?). The extraction bag (5) has at least one second closable bag opening (17) at the end facing away from the first bag opening (9).

  • Patent number: 9855093
Abstract: An instrument for cutting body tissue has an instrument shaft, A blade, is adjacent to a distal end of the instrument shaft and can be folded out with respect to a longitudinal axis of the shaft and can be rotated about the longitudinal axis. An operating part is at a proximal end of the instrument shaft. A proximal end of the blade directed toward the operating part can be pivoted laterally out away from the longitudinal axis about an end of the blade that faces away from the proximal end and that is distally articulated at an articulation point. A tissue stop is arranged at the distal end of the instrument shaft. The tissue stop can be brought into an active position in which a stop surface facing the blade in the proximal direction has a specified fixed distance from the articulation point.

  • Patent number: 7566981
Abstract: An actuating drive for a rotor blade in a wind power installation is provided with an electric motor and a frequency converter which has a rectifier that is to be fed from a power supply system, a link connected to the rectifier, and a d.c.-to-a.c. inverter for feeding the motor, the link carrying a specified nominal operating voltage in a network-fed normal operation of the frequency converter. Furthermore, an auxiliary energy supply device is provided that is connected to the link. The auxiliary energy supply device includes and energy store which makes available a support voltage that amounts to less than 80% of the nominal operating voltage of the link. A diode is connected between the energy store and the link, and is arranged, with regard to its forward direction, in such a way that it feeds a support voltage from the energy store into the link if the link voltage falls below the support voltage.

  • Publication number: 20060011165
Abstract: In a method for operating a spark-ignition internal combustion engine, wherein fuel is metered into the cylinders by direct fuel injection into the combustion chambers and by the addition of fuel in an intake region of the engine and a control unit matches the quantity of fuel to be added in the intake region and the quantity of fuel to be injected directly into the combustion chamber to one another as a function of the operating point of the internal combustion engine so as to provide an ignitable fuel mixture in the combustion chamber, the control unit determines a recirculation rate for the re-circulated exhaust gas and adjusts a predetermined excess air ratio (?) for the mixture composed of fresh air, re-circulated exhaust gas and fuel by means of the direct injection of fuel into the combustion chamber taking into account the recirculation rate in order to reduce the exhaust emissions of the internal combustion engine and improve fuel consumption.

  • Publication number: 20030015482
Abstract: A method for purifying coolant-lubricant oils which continuously circulate in metalworking installations and are purified by a vacuum filter assembly (13). The basic filtration takes place in the main stream, while additional purification by membrane filtration takes place in a secondary stream. The resulting method has a high filtration capacity and ensures an optimal purification of the coolant-lubricant liquid.
