  • Patent number: 10596772
Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel process for the production of novel fibre-reinforced profile materials filled with a rigid foam core, especially a PMI foam core. In particular, the present invention relates to a novel process which, in various versions, provides a particularly high throughput and allows a very wide range of shaping options. One step here continuously produces a complex fibre-reinforced profile material and simultaneously inserts the rigid foam core into same. In addition, in the same process step, very good binding of the rigid foam core to the fibre-reinforced profile material is assured. Shaping further takes place in two or more moulds simultaneously to achieve a particularly high throughput and simultaneously produce profile materials differing in shape.

  • Patent number: 10131097
Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel process for the production of novel fiber-reinforced profile materials comprising a rigid foam core, in particular a PMI foam core. In particular, the present invention relates to a novel process which can be carried out in two variants, a short Pul-press process and a Pul-shape process. One step here produces a fiber-reinforced profile material and simultaneously inserts the rigid foam core into same. The same step moreover ensures very good binding of the rigid foam core to the fiber-reinforced profile material.

  • Patent number: 9688435
Abstract: A transport pallet, in the form of a square or rectangular board, is particularly suited for air transport. The transport pallet is formed to a large extent from plastics material. It has at least two intersecting reinforcing struts formed from a fiber-reinforced composite plastics material. The reinforcing struts lie adjacent each other via notches stabilizing the relative positions, constituting a plug-type connection. The transport pallet further has a plate-like core of mechanically stable foamed plastics material formed by several part-cores. The core is attached to or surrounds the reinforcing struts and holds the same in a stable position. The foamed plastics material core is sheathed by the fiber-reinforced composite plastics layer. The lateral edges of the pallet board thus formed are reinforced by light alloy profiled members pulled over the edges.

  • Publication number: 20150151496
Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel process for the production of novel fibre-reinforced profile materials comprising a PMI foam core. In particular, the present invention relates to a novel pultrusion process, the abbreviated term used for which is pul-core process, which uses a single step for production of the fibre-reinforced profile material with simultaneous charging of the PMI foam core thereto. The same step here ensures very good linkage of the PMI foam core to the fibre-reinforced profile material.

  • Publication number: 20090172884
Abstract: An arm rest for positioning the arm of a patient in relation to an examination table, especially for use during a tomographic radioscopy examination or an operation. The arm rest has an essentially flat base plate (1) that can be slid under the body of the patient or beneath the mattress of the examination table, a supporting plate (2) which is inclined in relation to the base plate (1) or arranged at an angle thereto, and a long carrier part (3) that is arranged on the end of the supporting plate (2), at a distance from the base plate (1), and has a relatively, longer length (9) and narrower width (8). The carrier part (3) is inclined in the direction of its length in relation to the base plate (1).
