  • Publication number: 20150159417
Abstract: An assembly for locking a movable protective door disposed in front of a point to be shielded, the device comprising two rails extending parallel to one another, in which the door is guided and adjusted by a servo device, a locking element interacting with a guide column extending parallel to the rails for locking the door, or a locking circuit by which the servo device can be deactivated, and a contact strip attached to the door and in driving connection with the locking element, or electrically connected to the locking circuit, advance speed of the door being adapted to be increased without violating statutory safety provisions for stopping the component, wherein a recovery device is disposed between the contact strip and the door, and is in driving connection with the contact strip, such that when the contact strip makes contact with an obstacle protruding into the access point, the recovery device is activated by resistance of the obstacle, and the contact strip is moved in the direction of the com

  • Patent number: 7559459
Abstract: A method for filling ATM cassettes for automatic teller machines in branch banks provides to fill the empty or half-empty money cassette removed from the automatic teller machine of a branch bank in a mobile charging station during the drive to the next branch bank and to exchange such a money cassette for the empty or half-empty ATM cassette of this next branch bank, etc. The mobile charging station is adapted to work fully automatically. Alternatively, the filling in the mobile charging station can be effected partially manually.

  • Patent number: 7133741
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for accepting sheet material, in particular papers of value such as bank notes, checks, etc., whereby different groups of sheet material are successively accepted and stored. In a known method and corresponding apparatus for accepting groups of sheet material such as bank notes, the bank notes coming from a deliverer are checked and stored in a storage container in the order of their input. Thus it is not always recognizable without doubt subsequently, e.g. in cases of malfunction, which deliverer certain bank notes come from. The present invention starts out from the consideration that each group of sheet material is assigned at least one separation means and the separation means are stored at least partly together with the associated group of sheet material for separating the associated group of sheet material from other groups of sheet material.

  • Patent number: 5303812
Abstract: A device for transferring transport containers in a controlled manner from a loading station to an unloading station includes a continuously rotatably driven transport wheel and a stationary brake ring that is positioned concentrically to the transport wheel. The transport containers are alternately coupled to the brake ring and the transport wheel. Support arms are concentrically rotatably supported relative to the transport wheel and each support arm carries one of the transport containers. The transport containers can be smoothly coupled to or decoupled from the transport wheel or the brake ring so that a gentle transport is provided. The transport containers during operation do not contact one another and do not slide unbraked onto an abutment, thereby providing a gentle treatment of the goods to be transported.

  • Patent number: 5190138
Abstract: An apparatus for the controllable filling of transport containers with piece goods is provided. The transport container is arranged vertically above the conveying device and comprises two halves that are controllably adjustable. A lifting member is provided under the conveying means which penetrates the conveying means in the direction of the transport containers and may be introduced into the transport containers. The lifting device is drivably connected to a control member that engages the halves of the transport containers. With the control member, one or both halves of the transport container may be adjusted with respect to the lifting movements of the lifting device. It is thus possible to automatically fill a transport container with piece goods in a single layer or multiple layers, without the piece goods being touched by personnel.

  • Patent number: 5141096
Abstract: A device for conveying piece goods to a transfer station is provided whereby the device has a drivable continuous conveyor belt with at least one endless guide belt that is provided parallel to a longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt. A guiding surface of each one of the respective guide belts is disposed perpendicularly to a conveying surface of the conveyor belt and is synchronously drivable relative to a conveying direction of the conveyor belt. Due to this embodiment, very sensitive piece goods may be conveyed without the piece goods sliding off the conveyor belt and without damaging the piece goods at the guide belts that provide the lateral limitation of the conveying belt. A relative movement between the piece goods and the lateral limitation is prevented.

  • Patent number: 5107976
Abstract: A transport device for the controllable conveying of transport containers from a loading station to an unloading station with a preferably horizontally oriented, continuously rotating transport device in the form of a transport wheel is provided. The transport containers are suspended at a carrier that engages and disengages the transport wheel. With the transport wheel it is possible to compensate for different operating speeds of the machines that are interconnected by the transport wheel, so that an automated and continuous operating mode with little operating expenditure is provided. The transport wheel serves also as a storage unit for a packing unit arranged at the unloading station which may be operated continuously during shut-down periods of the preceding machine.

  • Patent number: 5102368
Abstract: An apparatus for conveying sausages from a sausage stuffing machine to a packing unit comprises a deflecting device, with which the sausages are alinged in a defined position on a conveyor belt; a loading station comprising a lifting member and coordinated containers that are arranged above said lifting member and into which the sausages are introduced via the lifting member that penetrates the conveyor belt; a storage unit for transporting said loaded and unloaded containers; and an unloading station which receives the loaded containers via the storage unit and unloads the sausages from the containers synchronously to a working cycle of the packing unit. With the apparatus, sausages portioned and twisted off by a sausage stuffing machine may be introduced into packing containers of a packing unit in an automated manner without personnel touching the sausages.

  • Patent number: 5074028
Abstract: An apparatus for the introduction of a cylindrical tool holder into a receiving bore, by using a feed gripping device, which holds the tool holder, comprises a gripping device, consisting of a contact plate and two clamp devices, which embrace the sides of the tool holder and are adjustable in the axial direction of the tool holder against the contact plate. The contact plate and the tool holder have contact surfaces, which oppose each other and are perpendicular to the receiving bore. The tool holder is held by the clamp devices in such a manner, so that the tool holder is slidable, to a limited extent, in the direction of the contact surface. This embodiment allows the introduction of the tool holder into the receiving bore without exactly positioning the tool holder and without canting. The tool holder aligns itself with the receiving bore due to the slidable holder.
