  • Patent number: 6347285
Abstract: Analog test signals may be picked up from the test object with vibration sensors. A computer is equipped with a standard interface card which is connected by an interface, preferably parallel interface, and serves to digitize the test signals. A switching means serves to generate a trigger signal which can be input over a preferably serial interface. An executive routine in the computer switches the input of test signals on and off via the trigger signal.

  • Publication number: 20020011706
Abstract: The invention relates to a process and a device for alignment of sheet material (1) which is conveyed in one conveyor plane (9). The sheet material is conveyed on bodies (35) of revolution and aligned by means of triggerable alignment elements (25) in the conveyor direction (22) and perpendicular to the conveyor direction (22). The alignment elements (25) are assigned to an alignment unit (8). The alignment motion necessary for alignment of the sheet material in the conveyor direction (2) and perpendicular thereto takes placed by separate alignment elements (25) which can be triggered independently of one another during conveyance of the sheet material (1) with the process speed.

  • Publication number: 20020011530
Abstract: Radial actuation of a handle (15) axially retracts the dispensers shaft (6) inclusive an exit head (9) relative to a base body (5) and a reservoir (7). The shaft (6) is prevented from rotating. The medium thus flows from a pressure chamber (26) via an outlet valve (32) through the entire shaft (6) to a medium exit (20) while being swirled. For facilitated handling the base body (5) and the reservoir (7) form a rod-shaped grip with the handle (15) on one side and a finger scallop (72) on the other.

  • Publication number: 20020007933
Abstract: A heat exchanger arrangement on a front carrying structure of a motor vehicle, with a passage orifice for the cooling-air stream which is largely overlapped by a heat exchanger module of the arrangement and which extends in a vehicle transverse plane and is delimited on two mutually opposite sides by wall regions of the carrying structure, the wall regions belong to the deformable zone of the forward structure. The heat exchanger module is mounted on the front carrying structure in such a way that, in the event of head-on collisions subjecting the region of the passage orifice to stress, said heat exchanger module, while absorbing impact energy, co-operates reinforcingly with the wall regions of the carrying structure.

  • Publication number: 20020008871
Abstract: According to the method for detecting optical properties, especially luminescence reactions and refraction behavior of molecules which are directly or indirectly bound on a support, electromagnetic waves, especially laser light, are radiated onto the support. The light that is emitted or refracted by the molecules is then detected by a detector. The detector and the support are moved in relation to each other during and after the radiation of the electromagnetic waves. The support used is especially a transparent support with integrated position markings which can be detected by a detector, especially an optoelectronic scanning system. At least one of the integrated position markings is selected while the support and the detector are being moved in relation to each other or thereafter so that the light that is detected by the detector can be associated with a location on the support.

  • Patent number: 6340679
Abstract: The present invention relates to acylguanidine derivatives of the formula I in which R1, R2, R4, Ar, X and n have the meanings indicated in the claims, their physiologically tolerable salts and their prodrugs. The compounds of the formula I are valuable pharmacologically active compounds. They are vitronectin receptor antagonists and inhibitors of cell adhesion.
