  • Patent number: 9574581
Abstract: A brake valve is insertable into a working line of a hydrostatic travel drive. The brake valve has a main stage with a first port connected to a variable displacement pump of the drive system and a second port connected to a motor of the drive system. The main stage has a slide piston positionable in a valve bore. In a freewheeling position, a connection is maximally open with minimal throttling between the two ports. In pressure-reducing positions, a regulable, throttled connection is open from the second to the first port to brake the motor. In pressure-limiting positions, a regulable, throttled connection is open from the first to the second port to begin to throttle a pressure medium flow from the variable displacement pump to a pressure protection mechanism. The positions lie on a center line of the main stage along which the slide piston is movable.

  • Patent number: 7819130
Abstract: There is disclosed a variable metering orifice arrangement for a current divider and current adding device, the metering orifice arrangement including one or more working terminals by each of which a consumer can be supplied with pressure fluid. The metering orifice arrangement includes a metering orifice piston to which control pressure tapped off between two throttles of a pressure divider can be applied, wherein at least one of the throttles is variable.

  • Patent number: 7565915
Abstract: What is disclosed is a pilot-controlled pressure feed valve comprising a main stage and a pilot control stage, wherein the main stage comprises a piston that is biased into a closed position. The piston is provided with a piston bore through which an input port may be connected with a rear-side spring chamber. To this piston bore a throttle valve means is associated which provides a comparatively small cross-section of flow for the control oil in the pressure limiting function of the pressure feed valve, and a comparatively large cross-section of flow in the anti-cavitation function.

  • Patent number: 7380491
Abstract: There is disclosed a flow valve and a flow distributor for the pressure fluid supply of several consumers. Each flow valve includes a metering orifice and a pressure regulator. A pressure regulator piston of the pressure regulator is provided with two control edges one of which is active during “accumulating” of pressure fluid flows and the other is active during “dividing” of a pressure fluid flow. The flow valve moreover comprises at least one LS control edge by which a LS cross-section via which a pressure corresponding to the load pressure is indicated into a load-indicating line can be controlled to be opened when the pressure regulator is opened.

  • Publication number: 20070245889
Abstract: The invention relates to a hydraulic control arrangement and a pilot-operated pressure relief valve therefor. Said hydraulic control arrangement comprises a differential cylinder provided with a pressure chamber on the piston rod side thereof and another pressure chamber at the bottom thereof which can be connected to a pump or a tank by means of a control valve arrangement in order to actuate the differential cylinder. The pressure in a pressure chamber is defined by a pilot-operated pressure relief valve provided with a pressure switching stage by which means the pressure regulated by the pressure relief valve can be lowered according to the pressure in the other pressure chamber.
