Abstract: A leadthrough adapter for connecting the components installed in a switchgear cabinet to external electric conductors. The adapter is located in a wall of the switchgear cabinet housing and one or more bushings are situated on the face of the adapter. The bushings can be accessed from the outside of the switchgear cabinet and plug-in connectors can be inserted into the bushings in order to connect the external electric conductors. Electric and/or electronic functional parts for the components that are accommodated inside the switchgear cabinet are arranged directly on the back of the adapter which faces towards the inside of the switchgear cabinet.

Abstract: In a mechanical driving mechanism of a supercharger (1) for an internal combustion engine, which, starting from the internal combustion engine, acts on a rotor shaft (12) of a rotor (14) located on a supercharger housing through a planetary gear assembly (3) that is geared up, a compact construction of the driving mechanism and a balancing out of vibration between a primary shaft (2) and the rotor shaft (12) can be achieved. For that purpose, a ring gear (6) is propelled by the primary shaft (2), while the rotor shaft (12) that receives a sun wheel (8) is accommodated in a hub part (15) of a pinion cage (16) of the planetary gear assembly (3).

Abstract: In a mechanically driven supercharger (1) whose rotor (6) is propelled by an internal combustion engine by way of a primary shaft (2), a planet gear (8) that is geared up and a rotor shaft (7), the working life of a support (11, 12) for the rotor shaft (7) is increased. For that purpose, the support floats with radial play (17) and axial play (19) in a fixed housing section (10) of the supercharger (1).
